Appearance:
5'10" white with green streak. Green eyes. Wears grey shirt with sleeves rolled up, black pants, and a green trench coat with green boots.
Personality: Mika is a typical buisness woman. She is tough and straight foreward. Shes impatient, and always needs things done as quickly and simply as possible. She always gets the job done, and never gives up. Unless of course, a better opprtunity arises. If a pokemon is eluding her, and finds the same one easy to get to, she will switch targets. Whatever is efficeint.
Around other people, Mika seems heartless. She isn't afraid to say what she thinks, and likes to cut people down, mentally disarm them till the are to shammed or hurt to fight. She insults freely, but is never harmed by any at her. She is very stern. But she is not entirley mean. She would never dream of mistreating a pokemon. She does know her clients may, and that she may be making a pokemon unhappy when taking them away, but shes has learned to shut those feelings down. But she still has that part, adn she will never harm a pokemon. Takes care of them while they are in her hands. But they are never spoiled, or given encouargement. Just Nuetral.
Mika, of course, as mean as she is, seems like a loner. Only because no one can put up with her. If they can stand by her mean nature, and ignore her insults, she proves a very valuble alli. But freindly, is something she doesn't do.
History: Mika grew up in a log cabin deep in a forest. She grew up with many grass types, and bug types. That's probably wht green is her favorite color. She loved all those pokemon, so that's why her parents sent her to Unova. To start her own pokemon journey.
You see, Mika was a very independent girl, always, and her father constantly was teaching how to take care of herself and be smart. He incoporated his buisness skills into her everyday life, with the desicoins she made, and the people she met. One day she met young man who seemed sucsessful. He told her how he changed his entire life one day with one desisoin. And now he was rich and could travel the world, meeting all thhe pokemon he wanted. And this young man was so sucsessful that even Mika's hard working father respected him. Though she only met him once he was an inspiration to her. She wanted to get out in the world. So she was estatic when her parents granted her permisson to start her journey!
Of course, when she picked out her first pokemon, Snivy was her choice. Two other new trainers were there as well. one in blue, the other in red. Just like mika, in her green dress, the picked the pokemon of their colors's element. Both the blue and red trainers's released their pokemon. But the young Tepig seemed very hyper. She worried for her grass type, so kept snivy in his ball.
As the trainers went outside, with Oshowott and Tepig in the lead, there was a sudden bang, and nets shot out. The two pokemon were taken, and the trainers pinned down, hepless to protect their pokemon. But Mika waws not worried. She was fascinated.
Her two favorite things: buisness and pokemon, in one! Her father was a sucsessful buisness man, and always talked of how she would be good at it. And she liked pokemon... this would be perfect. Of course, everyone has the momment when they know something is wrong. But mika knew taking risks was important in buisness... so she ignored her morals.
Mika began training herself. Her father drilled his buisness techniques into her, and she studied all pokemon. Mika became a hard buisness woman by choice. She stowed away any good natured feelings by choice. She knew those feelings would stall her. Mika was a sucsess in unova, and recived A spinarak, which was rare in unovoa, for her talent. But the police attacking her, and her allies bailing on her caused her to leave the region. But Aero is perfect. Weakened by fighting, she could make alot of money here. It was time to start hunting.

Other Info: Mika has A book whose pages have indents in them where Mika's special poke ball's can fit in. It holds 16 pokemon per page, 192 pokemon total. Mika's special pokeballs are used for capturing pokemon both wild, and already caught.
