(Ooc: Please love me and keep a posting order! Thanks!) Rod was resting in shallow area in the large Valley. Hidden in the sierra mountains, there was a valley. And in that valley there was Rod's tower home. The one she was about to open up to others. She Was staring at the sky, shaded since one of the dips in the valley was dug out on one side. It wasn't more than a foot tall, but it was long and provied sufficient shade.
The morph was thinking of her desision to call other pokemorphs to her aide. There was one, Kat, and reminded Rod alot of herself. But older. So far there had been no conflict. Bt Rod saw it coming. She saw it comming a million miles an hour. But she would have to wait for it. There was also a morph she had heard about. Issach. She hoped the word she spread out on the down low would reach him. The more morphs the better.
Rod was now watching the sky for him, and Kat. She sent word for her to come back round, for she had flown off. The flock needed to come together more often. But having little mebers did not help. Rod just needed to bear through for the time being.
And now, she would wait.

OOC: I'm tired. This is really not a good post. A little ways off from Calava City, a shape flew high into the high it sailed over to the Sierra mountains at an incredible speed. It circled overhead once it had reached the area and then slowly decended. It was a Pidgeot, large and beautiful she was. She was using her great wings not only slow herself down, but to show off their beauty. Just before she landed on the ground, the feathers began to draw themselves back into the wings, the beak fall back and the great crest behind into human hair. The talons touched the floor as feet as Katherine came out of her Pidgeot state. She stood there for a second, getting used to human eyes again, then walked briskly to Rod.
"You wanted to see me?" She said with a scowl.

Rod was still lying on the ground. She sat up and shruged off her long coat (She didn't need it today). But she was quick to raise one wing to block the sun from her eyes. She blinked as her wing got the sun out of her eyes, and waited for her eyes to stop adjusting to all the different lights. Then she looked up at Kat, and scowled back just as evenley.
"Nice face you got there," She commented, and let her own fall back to neutral. If kat had a problem she had a problem. Oh well. And infact, Rod did need to talk to her.
"We may be getting a new flock member. Im uncertain. But forget that for now. You keep flying off. Why?"
Rod was straight foreward. She was suspicious of her new member, and needed some info. She looked at Kat expectantly and waited. Rod could only imagine the ways she would answer. A lie. The truth. Saying what happened while dropping details. Making whatever it was look good, if it was bad. An unlimitted amount of possibilities. Which ones would she use? If any? After all, Rod was only 15. Kat was 29, almost double her age. Who wants to listen to anyone younger than them. But on the other hand Rod started this little flock. But she still was younger. And just out of natural reactions people only treat those older with respect.
Unless your Rod and were raised without manners and only cared about survivng to the next day and doesnt use crap with anyone.

A surge of dislike came from Katherine. Rod had absolutely no right saying anything to her. Ever since Katherine left the Malum army force to be in this hell-hole, things had turned out to be worse then they were. The first time she and Rod had spoken was like a nightmare to her. They, apparently, were the only ones? What the hell was that? She shifted her position and crossed her arms in front of her as Rod delivered the news and the question.
Two different emotions covered up her anger: reassuring and fear. It was good to know that there was going to be another flock member. That was good and all. They could actually go on missions instead of sitting around in this stupid tower all day doing nothing.
Then the question about what she did when she wasn't around. Rod didn't know. Katherine had never told her, nor did she ever plan to until she had gained her full trust. If Rod found out that she was in love with James, she could easily use that as an advantage over her. No, she wouldn't know. She couldn't know. Narrowing her eyes to slits, she leaned forward and growled, "None of your business."

Rod watched Kat's face. Of course she was mad at Rod. No 29 year old liked getting talked back at by a teen. Well boo hoo. Rod didn't care. Kat joined her, ife she wasn't happy, she could fly off and leave. So obviously she was still here for a reason. But Rod didn't like Kat's reaction to her question.
None of your buisness is such an odd answer. For all Rod knew it might directly concern her. But it was good cover up. With alot of attitude.
Rod then stood and stretched out her wings to thier full extent.
"Well then it better stay that way. If it starts affecting us, don't think I wont look into it. Immediatly."
Rod thrust her wings down into a difficult vertical take off. She steadied her wings when she got up to gliding height. Then, she adjust the tips of her wings to the smallest of degrees, which caused her to change direction without even tilting her body. She coasted around on thermals and wind currents. She swooped down and great speed and almost cuffed Kat with her wing. Then she hovered a bit. She was waiting for Kat to flap up here and Spar.

The anxiety moment passed and Katherine raised an eyebrow after Rod's little warning. Of course she wouldn't find out. Of course it wouldn't conflict. She could easily find an excuse to get away from either of them. Then again, it would all look suspicious. James might find out, Rod might find out. She almost shuddered at the wrath James would come up with and could almost imagine her exile from the Malum. It would be horrible for her, but no one would find out. She would make sure of that.
As Rod flew over her, she ducked just in time. Of course, she knew Rod wanted to make her angry, but it certainly was working. She turned, face almost glowing with anger, and ran towards the mountains. She leaped off the edge of the tower and began to change. Fingers changing into long feathers, arms thickening and changing colors, feathers sprouting all over her body, mouth and nose joining to become an orange beak, hair going together and changing colors, feet becoming talons. She was a full Pidgeot in about two seconds, airborne in front of Rod. Once again, dislike poured over her feathers. "What now? What did you want to do again here? There must be more than news of a new flock member."

The young morph watched her accomplice flap up to her height. Now Kat and Rod were both morphs, just different kinds. There were three. Type A were ones like Kat, who morphed from human to pokemon. Type B were like Rod. One with features of both human and pokemon. Type C is one with both human and pokemon features, but can also do a full transition if desired.
Now Rod was rather impressed by Kat's morph. She, personally, would rather be type C. Its nice to have wings, without morphing. Then again, Rod never morphed before. So she couldn't say wich one she'd rather be.
Rod began rocking in the air currents subconciounsly, as she listened to Kat. She saw the morphs point. Why drag her all the way out here for only word of a new member. Rod did have one other thing in mind.
Thay'd been lazing around awhile, an nothing exciting they could assit in came up. no missions, no calls for help. Just sitting on their butts. (Rod hadn't come up with a traing program yet) But she couldnt sit around much longer. Maybe they'd have to find a mission for themselves.
"I think it's time we start causing trouble."

Katherine blinked at the proposal of actually making their own trouble. It took her a second to think about it. They were basically going to kill people because they were bored? Sure! That would be a great way to really get the flock going. She nodded at Rod, then thought about their position. They could go over to Serene Town. There wasn't much attention or security there. It would be an easy win. She turned back towards Rod, the idea swirling in her mind. "Good idea, then. I propose we go to Serene Town. We wouldn't strike too much attention and there's no security to stop us. Besides, it's been the Aeroian's for too long."

Rod listened to Kathrine's words. She had become rather excited fairly quickly, coming right out of her negative attitude. Well atleast one of her idea's was working out.
"Exactly." Rod responded. The little security, and the fact that the town was a known as part of Aero would certainly stir up fear in thier enimies. But Rod knew if they were to storm the place, they'd need more people. A couple of foot runners, or maybe another flyer. The new flock member may not be there, so foot soldiers seemed a good idea. But there was another option.
"Now, if we want to storm the place," Rod began, "We'd have to enter from route 2, so we can have soldiers help." She then thought for a moment, and then curved her wings and rocketed down ward. When she was nearing the ground, shearced up, and extended her right wing, which had begun to glow. Then she began slashing the ground with it. She was diving, slashing, turning.
When she pulled back up to Kat's height, there was a map clearly carved in the ground. It was of serene town, and its neighboring Areas.
"You see, to storm, we need more help, and soldiers travel through Calva city." She pointed at the mountains on her map.
"I think we should do a sneak attack. Move from building to building in secret. Plus I can get a nice fog going with some of my longer lasting fog bombs. And that can be easily excused as clouds rolling in from the mountains. If we do this at night, with the fog, no one will see us."

Katherine, now fully engaged, listened to Rod, drinking in every word as if they were going to help her live forever. She could just see her, jumping around the buildings of Serene Town, the citizens unknown to their own deaths. She was eager to attack, but knew that they couldn't just storm the place on their owns. She knew that they had to plan. Rod was doing the plans and was making the cover, Katherine was following her and help carrying it out. Tonight would be a good night. Everyone in Serene, except for the two of them, would die.
Nodding slowly again, she spoke once again. "Yes, that will work. I like it Rod, we'll really be a proper flock of Malum after this!"

"well?" Rod asked, twisting in the air.
"What are we waiting for? Dawn arrives in four hours, and we need tp preppare. Shall we?"
As rod utttered her last question, she thrust her wings downward and launched her self even higher, and at great spped. She was letting the adrenaline rush through her veins as she swan in the sunlight, and the air started thin. She stopped flapping, and let herself fall, and swipped her wing tips to catch her self, and began to spped in random direstions, high on adrenaline.

Katherine's wings began to flap harder and harder with pure excitement. Her claws flexed, as if she could feel the flesh of Aeroian humans already in their grasp. She looked up at Rod and smiled. Maybe they could settle their...differences for now. All she really cared about was taking over that city as planned. It was going to be great. Nothing would stop them to reach their goal. "Then yes, let all the preparations be made."
END THREAD (right?)
