Eevee waited impatiently and nervously for the arrival of the rest of her new exploration team. An Aron and a Pikachu. She had received the acceptance letter for both of them this morning. They had agreed to meet at Meganium's guild at one the same day. Now it was five minutes until one and she waited nervously in the corner watching other Pokemon and their teams strolling by, holding papers up to their noses and talking about strategies with the other. Some of the others were just hanging around or looking at the notice boards.
Eevee's ear twitched just a slight bit as she heard someone yell across the room. She jerked her head around to look at whoever had made the sound, scared and hopeful. Never mind, it was just a Loudred arguing with his partner, Croconaw. Eevee turned back around and continued to observe activities going on. A Staravia and a Purrloin were taking down a job from the notice board. A Skarmory and a Dusclops were returning from a mission, chatting happily. Eevee wondered if she would ever be such close friends with the two she was meeting today...she wondered if their team would be any good...

Pikachu hurried along, following the sent to the guild. She trotted past trees, and started to see more and more pokemon. She knew she must be on the right track, then. They looked like rescue teams. She calmed down a bit, knowing she probably wasn't late any more. As she passed other pokemon, they looked at her oddly. Probably cause she wasn't smiling, she was straight faced. That and the fact she was traveling on all four legs.
She was an odd pikachu indeed. She never walked on two legs, always four. It was better balance, and she moved faster. She didn't stand on two legs either. Once again, balance. Soon enough, the guild came into site. She nodded to her self. Good, and the clock showed she was four minutes early. She liked being punctual.
As she entered the guild, it didn't take Pikachu very long to find the Eevee she was meeting. She spotted her nervous in the corner. Normal, everyone's a little shy around new strangers, even the most outgoing people. She approached Eevee and gave her a nod.

When Pikachu approached, Eevee gave a little jump of surprise. So this was the Pikachu that was to be on her team. Strange, the Pikachu was walking on all fours. She had seen a Raichu in the guild while she had been waiting and it had both walked and stood on its hind legs. This one didn't give any sign of letting its front paws leave the ground. Well, if that was odd enough, this Pikachu was not smiling, or looking around, or even looking nervous. Her face was solid as a rock. Eevee nodded back to her as she introduced herself. <I'm Eevee.>
Looking around, she expected to see their final member show up. <There should be one more coming, then we can look for a mission to or something...wait, no we have to register first...wait, are we even at the right guild? Do we want to train here?>

Pikachu listened to Eevee's worries, and sniffed. This pokemon was exceedingly nervous, or so it seemed. Pikachu sat down, but, as always, keeping her front paws on the ground. She was intressted in meeting this other member, but of course they would have to wait. And Eevee's worries cam to her mind again. Her tail began to twitch and Paranoia kicked in.
If this was they wrong place, it would be a trap. that other pokemon could be a spy. This Eevee could be a spy! Pikachu calmed herself on that thought. It was the Eevee who had worries as well. Bu she couldn't shake her worries now.
<Lets just wait.... we need to trai with all members... but keep your gaud up.>
Pikachu couldn't help but add the last part. her tail was still twiching, and waving from side to side, so she tried to calm herself. Slowly she stoped, gaining control of paranoia. But she was still ready for the worst.

Aron casually strolled into the guild. He looked around, a bit nervous, sweat dripping down his head. There had been some...unfinished business he had to take care of. But now, he was ready. Ready for a new beginning.
It was pretty intimidating, what with all the bustling and people and Pokemon. He took a tentative step forward and realized that he didn't know who or what he was looking for. Clumsily, he tried to pull a leather pouch, but ended up spilling it. He cursed silently, and picked up the document. "Team Evolution," he read in his mind. There was an Eevee and a Pikachu somewhere. He stared for a while, scanning the crowd. There, with the nervous-looking duo in the corner. He strode over casually and looked at them.<Right, so I'm here.> He frowned, a bit nervous. <I'm Aron. Let's get started.>

Eevee, with her sharp, trained ears, heard the bag spill from her end of the guild. She looked over, but too many Pokemon were blocking her view of whoever had done it. She shook her head, then continued scanning the place for their third member. It wasn't until she saw a flash of white coming in her direction, did she see the Aron coming towards her. She jumped to her feet and waited until he was right in front of her. <Hi...um, I'm Eevee. This is Pikachu.>
She looked around, more nervous then ever. <So yeah. Do you two want to stay here? Or should we go somewhere else like Albatros Lake? Oh wait, no, we should register here...or should we?> What are you doing?! You're the Team leader! Eevee shook her head and tried to clear out some of her bad nerves. <Come on, let's go meet the guild master. We need to get our supplies and registration.>
She leaped away, towards a large door made of earth and decorated with ivy. Eevee turned back, motioned for the two to follow, then knocked on the door.

Pikachu looked the Aron up and down. Well, at least al three of them seemed nervous. It made things a little less awkward... until Eevee begana small sparatic rant. She was abviously really nervous about this. Probably anxious to make a team. Not sure of what to do. Pikachu shook her head. This Eevee was all over the place!
But the pokemon made up its mind, and hoped away to the guildmaster's door and began knocking. Pikachu rolled her eyes, and strolled over to Eevee with no rush, arriving quickly on four legs. <Someones a bit excited> Pikachu mused to Eevee. Maybe she'd get the hint to calm down about. But this was a rather exciting event.
Pikachu's Tail began to wag. Once again her little defing tick she had. She had plunged herself into thought of being exploration team. It was really hitting her hard now. She shook herself, getting her nerves out, and loosening up her muscles incase this guildmaster was insane. Rumor had it that almost all of them were. She then looked at the door.
<Good bye sanity> She murmed to her self. Little dark humor.

Aron followed silently, with given consent. Besides, there were too many Pokemon all over the place, screaming, and yelling. It unnerved him. He was slightly worried....as if something might go terribly, terribly wrong. He groaned, pessimism kicking in again. It was always like this, whenever he was about to do something, his conscience always told him not to. But this was different. Joining a rescue team would open his eyes to so many different things.
That Pikachu worried him, though. It seemed wary of him and Eevee, although on the other hand they were all equally...cautious.
He walked toward the tall wooden door, covered with countless vines of ivy. It unnerved him a bit, as he had never liked plants or the outdoors. A good cave to hide would be much better. But anyway, he saw the other two knock on the door, and since he didn't exactly have hands, he ended up slamming his rock-solid head against the door. His last thought before their fantastic journey began: "Ow."

Meganium, who had been peacefully speaking with her partner, Leafeon, heard the three booming knocks on her door. Immediatly, Leafeon leaped towards the door and, standing on his hind legs, opened the door. In front of him were three Pokemon. An Eevee, Pikachu, and Aron. Leafeon gazed at the three while Meganium watched from the back. "Hello," Leafeon said in his light voice, "can I help you?"
Meganium sighed and shook her head. If Leafeon looked any closer, he'd be able to see that these were new recruits. They looked nervous and anything but friends. Well, anyone that wasn't friends with the rest of their team certainly wouldn't make a good one. Then again, these were young. They looked like they had just met and were not used to big crowds that were always wandering around guilds. So Meganium got up from where she was sitting and walked over to the door. She nudged Leafeon aside, then turned to the three. "Sorry about my friend Leafeon's introduction, but welcome to my guild! If I didn't know better, I'd say you were new recruits. Come right inside and we'll get you your stuff."
She turned and led them into the earthly room. All around the walls, leaves, vines, and flowers were growing very naturally. Sunlight flooded in from a window on the ceiling, illuminating a patch of pretty white roses. Dodging around the patch of flowers, she found a large cabinet labeled "New Team". She opened it and took out a brown and green backpack. She came back to the new team and set it in front of them. "Inside this backpack," she explained, "is everything you need. You've got," and here she opened the backpack, "a map of the region," showing them a small piece of parchment with careful lines drawn, "your team badge," this was a small cream and pink egg shape with wings, "and a small present for each of you.
This time, she went back to the cabinet and took out three black bows. She gave them to each of them. "These are special bows. They will mark you as an exploration team member. Once you take them, they will change into the color of your personality and it will stay like that, however many people hold them after. They will make you stronger in every way."
She turned to Leafeon. "Call for Team Sky Birds." The green fox nodded and left the room. "Team Sky Birds," Meganium explained, "is another exploration team that originated here. They are a trio of bird Pokemon that, in my opinion, are a very good match. They will show you around and help you on your first few missions."
Leafeon came back a few minutes later, leading three Pokemon. The first was a Noctowl. Around his neck was a red bow and he walked in glaring at the new team. The second was a Swanna with a pink bow. She smiled warmly as she entered. The last was an Altaria, a minty bow tied bellow his head. Noctowl spoke first. "I'm Noctowl and this is Swanna and Altaria. If we are going to show you around, you must listen to us and respect us. No smarting off and no talking back."

Eevee almost jumped back with fear when she saw the Leafeon appear in the doorway. When he asked the question, Eevee just managed to stammer out, "Well, ummm..." Then he was shoved aside and a Meganium stood there instead. It was the guildmistress, Eevee knew. She followed her into her cave, admiring the walls and the flower-dotted floor. The earth felt warm under her paws, like it does on a sunny day. She smiled as she entered the sunlight, being careful not to step on the flowers.
When the Guildmistress handed out the bag and the bows, Eevee took one in her hand. The fabric immediately began glowing different colors then stopped at purple. Eevee knew it resembled kindness. What, so first she was nervous, then she's kind? Well, fabric knows best...
She tied it around her right ear, then twitched it to see if it fit. It didn't budge and she could still hear very easily. Satisfied, she turned to meet the exploration team. When she saw them, her eyes widened. They were all fully evolved! Struck with nerves yet again, she crouched down in respect, then followed them out the door. Turning to Aron and Pikachu, she motioned for them to follow. "Come on, let's, uh, get a mission with the team..."

Pikachu liked leafeon. She seemed ready to go with things. Well prepared. No non-sense. She quickly followed Eevee in the door, and felt her tail go wild. It was quite an amazing room. She blinked, walking on all foors, taking in the sight in it's fullest. All the beautiful flowers, some exotic, others common. The naturalness of the room. It was impressive. Pikachu nodded to her self. It was very nice.
But her attention was drawn to the starter supplies. Her eyes intentley covered the map. That was something she would enjoy. And the badge made things official. very nice. And the bows, of course. She watched as Eevee's turned to purple. Eevee seemed very happy with that, and watched Eevee tie hers around her ear.
Pikachu's turn. She picked up the bow very easily. She was meant to use her front paws that way, even though she never did. Her bow stayed in the darker range of colors, but quickly came to grey, after slowing slightly on brown. She shrugged. she was somewhat bland, witch is true in her serious nature. it was also a negative color, but at the time beautifully simple.
She tied her grey bow to her tail, as tightly as she could so it would not come off. She did't make it a bow either. She let the ends hang off, like trailing ribbons. But it still looked nice enough.
But when team sky birds came in, Pikachu felt her self start to panic again. She did not like that noctowl AT ALL. He rubbed her the wrong way. She kept her panicing to herself as always, never physically expressing it, except in her tail and eyes. She looked oddly at the team, and stood stiffly facing them, waiting, composing her inner paranoid self.

Aron, somewhat bewildered, and a bit intimidated by both Leafeon and Meganium, took the bow timidly. It shimmered on his neck, chaotically for a second, mixing in nearly every color. Aron looked at it, feeling a bit dizzy. Then the bow settled down, going from gray to brown to none other than black. "Eh," Aron thought, "suits me perfectly." He scowled for no other reason than being in the sunlight, as he could stand all the plants and the light. He took a deep breath in, trying to calm himself. Anxiety was a major issue for him.
It didn't get better when Team Sky Birds walked in menacingly. Aron quivered silently under the watchful gaze of Noctowl. Neither Swanna nor Altaria could lift his emotions. He began to panic quietly, gnawing on his teeth. His feet trembled, and it felt as if he were about to faint from fear.
At any rate, it was time to get their first mission. Aron was the first to scramble off in pursuit of the message board. It was packed with notices of all colors and shapes. Where could they even start?

Team Sky Birds led the three recruits back into the main guild. They led them to the board of job notices. Standing in front of the board was a Sunflora, a Shelgon, and a Koffing. They were holding a paper up to their noses, talking very casually about it. Suddenly the Sunflora went silent, staring nervously up at Team Sky Birds. The other two, realizing that she had dropped off, turned around. The Koffing hissed when he saw the team. Well, actually when he saw Noctowl. Shelgon was expressionless. He just gazed past and stared at Aron, curiousity sparkling in his eyes. Noctowl narrowed his eyes and glared down at them. "Team, what is it? Radiance? I remember you three. Weak as Magikarp."
Swanna stepped up in front of him. "Come on, Noctowl, leave them alone. Besides, we have a job to do." Noctowl snarled at her, but turned away from the team. Team Radiance stood there, standing very nervously, locking eyes with the members of Team Evolutions. Shelgon inched away to stand next to Aron. His bow was maroon and there were scars all over his body. "Hey, um, I'm Shelgon. I'm sorry you got Noctowl as your mentor. To tell the truth, I'm only at this guild because Sunflora insisted. She's leader, anyway, so we gotta do what she says." He looked over and saw Koffing and Sunflora leaving. "Well, I guess I'll see you around then. Good luck!" He turned around and followed the two other members of his team, casting a final glance at Team Evolutions.
Noctowl reached up and took down a sheet of paper with his beak. He showed it to his team. They nodded in agreement and he showed it to Team Evolutions. It was a call for help from a young Panpour who's Water Stone had been taken away by a bully Electabuzz. He had ran away to Welven Woods and Panpour's mother had not let her follow him. So she had posted help from an exploration team member. The reward was a Reviver Seed.

Eevee was carefully staring at the other exploration team. They didn't look much older then Team Evolutions, but certainly more experienced. She like Shelgon already. The most friendliest of the team, he had already walked up and spoken to Aron. She was curious about Sunflora. She reminded Eevee of herself a bit. Scared of the elders. When they left, Eevee regretted not walking up to speak to them.
When Team Sky Birds showed her the piece of paper, she widened her eyes. A Reviver Seed? The last time she had seen one was, well, never! Although she had heard her mother speaking of them, she had never really got to see one in real life. Plus, they'd be helping a Pokemon in need. Eevee nodded, more to herself then to the other team, then turned to Aron and Pikachu. <So yeah, um, what do you guys say?>

Pikachu was bothered by noctowl. Apparentley everybody was. so no problem. She followed calmly with team sky birds to the missoins board, observing everyone around her. Pretty impresive place. Soon this little small team would be like the others, walking around with buisness to attend to. They all seemed so professional. Even the young team they approached.
They seemed like good pokemon. New, but already in line with everything. Good, they wouldn't be far behind. Pikachu nodded respectfully. The Shelgon deserved it. A very honeset pokemon he was, or he seemed.
When presented with the missoin, Pikachu aighed. So basic. They were new, but maybe scoping out would be better. Mapping out. Thats a better job for pikachu. But team sky birds thought it was right. And eevee wasn't too bothered. And Eevee was already acting like a leader. So she nodded agreement. Then she squinted at noctowl.
Obviously nobody liked him. But a small comment erupted in her head. She mumbled under breath, so only Aaron and Eevee could hear. <If only he knew we afraid of that stick of his butt and not him...> She meant it as a joke. But Pikachu's personality came out in such a serious tone, it seemed awkward, which made it kind of funny. Her serious snide comments always came out thay way.
